ALEXANDER hellhound [break] vanguard [break] open contract | [attr="class","ntxt2"] meet alexander. or alex, or xander, or simply east, - however you want to call him. he doesn't really mind. he works as a vanguard-for-hire, you see. he's been working as one for some time now. people know him as different things, and that's alright. [break][break] all in all, alexander tends to be... a trickster, of sorts, almost. he's cautious, he's capable, and he's certainly more secretive than is average. but he's never really followed the rules, see. as much as he follows custom by day, by night things get a little more... tricky. the best way to describe him would be chaotic neutral - interest him enough (or pay him enough - food is always a great thing to have), and he'll probably sit along with any crazy plan you have just for kicks. that's not to say he doesn't have his morals - it's just that he has so few of them, it's like they're irrelevant most of the time. [break][break] though, he is a monster, no matter how unlikely (or likely) it seems. a hellhound, to be precise - guardian, farrier, and guide of the dead. [break][break] friends are precious. enemies will be laughed at, and ignored. lovers will be very unlikely; hellhounds don't get close to people, |
ELEANOR | [attr="class","ntxt2"] you know those people who believe in something and refuse to change their mind, no matter the arguments? yeah, that's this girl right here. eleanor might be a champion ( [break][break] she's a classic example of early-age brainwashing, really, whatwith her laser-focus on killing monsters (or getting their contracted to them) because of "their touch that destroys." and yet - she's sympathetic, she's bold, and she's as stubborn as hell. her morality is such that whatever she does, she doesn't regret. not one whit. (the list of things she is against is surprisingly short.) family definitely carries a lot of weight with her. once her friend, always her friend, and all that. [break][break] fellow champion friendships are love. unknowing-monster!friendships are fun too. enemies she doesn't care about, and those who mistake her for a lost little girl will be talking to her blades. lovers are freerange with her fluid sexuality/nature. she doesn't "fall" in love easily, though, so have fun winning her over. |
VLADMIR weather witch [break] sky pirate [break] open contract | [attr="class","ntxt2"] most know him as "captain." or "captain halcyon," if they're a part of the law enforcement and know his name from the records [break][break] all-in-all, he's a down-to-earth guy, who thinks himself as robin hood, almost. he certainly acts like it, given that he thinks that his actions are justified. [break][break] vladmir does have abandonment issues of a sort, though he doesn't like to admit them. it means that whatever friends he has, he'll fight to keep, dirty fighting included. "his people," those part of his pirate fleet, are subject to the same treatment as well. in some ways he's loyal to a fault, and getting scarily ruthless is not just for the corrupted. [break][break] friends are lovely, but will need to be earned. people/pirates/contacts under him are more likely. enemies are fairly common, and include those who fault his pirating ways, witches in general, people who think he's a monster, or anything of the sort. lovers will be tricky, given his lifestyle, but who knows? |
LIANA human [break] dracolisk rancher [break] no contract | [attr="class","ntxt2"] complete civilian, and lives in the rouesse river region to boot, liana doesn't associate with society much. when she does it's as a businesswoman and merchant, selling her dracolisks to those who wish to buy them -- mostly the army, but liana doesn't care who the beasts go to, as long as they don't bring any trouble down on her head. her family ranch breeds some of the best dracolisks on the market, and many people know it. [break][break] outside of business, liana isn't that different. she's harsh, shrewd, and sharp-tongued, with a seemingly short temper and a way of speaking that certainly wouldn't be recommended for any sort of royal court. still, she carries a bit of that blunt honesty with her; sly she may be, as well as highly manipulative on the bargaining field, but off of it you can count on her for the truth. unless she decides that lying is better -- then it's time to watch out for what she's saying. [break][break] friends are great, but need to be able to withstand the running of a dracolisk ranch as well as liana's own personality. enemies are more likely, be they honest, not-so-honest, thieves, etc. lovers are a big no, since liana is trying to concentrate on running the ranch and not letting the others in the deimos family ruin what her father's built. |
