First is capitalization, please make sure you follow the correct format to keep things neat. Thread title is GROUP, last first, and the faceclaim is ANIMANGA, fc name, character name.
Second - the length - while it's great that you have such a thought-out character, 2579 words is unreasonably long to expect the staff - or even other people interested in plotting with you - to read. I'd ask you to revise to a more manageable length - focus on the most important parts of your character, the need-to-know. Certain parts such as appearance could probably be cut out entirely, or better integrated into the application. I would suggest looking through some accepted apps to get an idea of the length and content we expect.
