[attr="class","appbody"] [attr="class","appcat"]bio Zero. An absolute, the absence of everything or an equilibrium of everything. Add one, subtract, add two, what happens then? It was supposed to be zero. Balance is needed, tip the scales in the opposite direction. Try to subtract two, but is it possible? There's a name for unwanted imbalance that can't be removed. A disease, mother calls it, something that takes but never gives back. Start back at zero, subtract four, add two. If there was balance before, it was a flimsy thing, barely kept afloat by part-time jobs with overtime. Subtract and add again, and the scale tips further, to a breaking point. Why salvage something that can't be saved? He resembles his father. Mother claims that his brother resembles her, but she grasps strings at best. They are two halves of a whole, inseparable - in the household of father and the strange woman(something about her seems off, but he can't pinpoint it) they are all and everything for each other. They share a same face and a mind and a soul - at least, that's what he thinks. Ever so often, an off feeling stirs within him in front of his brother, and he shakes it off(after all, what could possibly be wrong?). Add one, subtract one, an equilibrium is achieved. But are they really satisfied with this balance forever? Start at zero. Add one, add two, subtract four - an imbalance in the scale can be resolved in many ways. A strange man offers to erase their growing debt and mother offers him as the equilibrium; as he's lead away, he wonders if the reason she chose brother is because of their shared wrong, a feeling that, to him, is both strange and familiar at the same time. There are many ways his story could have branched from here - an imbalance in the equilibrium can only be good if balance isn't sought. He banks on a double sided coin, and equilibrium rewards the taken risk. When the scale tips enough in his favor, he frees himself from his chains and sets off, alone. Add one, subtract one, add two, subtract, the cycle of equilibrium doesn't stop there. Start at half, but where's the other? He wonders if he's ever sought equilibrium at all. [attr="class","appcat"]lore & abilities He's not physically fit or adept with a sword - the mind can be just as powerful. The mind can exist without strength, but mindless power only carries risk. He has high amounts of stamina, both in mind and feet, strategic agility can outrun the lumbering powerhouses with ease. While he likes feeling the wind in his hair and the satisfaction of solving a difficult problem, he hates fighting, and will avoid it at all costs. The strange ability to sense when something is a forgery or a copy. He gets a hollow sensation in the pit of his stomach and chills up his spine in the presence of a fake, and can tell where the real one is by taking a good look at it. Because he has little knowledge of the world outside of Shara, he can only describe neighboring lands based on geography or housing structure. | [attr="class","appname"]AIDEN CAVERLY [attr="class","appicon"] [attr="class","appstats"] AGE: 019 SEX: M RACE: HUMAN HOMELAND: SHARA CONTRACT: Y [attr="class","appquote"]Do you think that it's me or it's not me? |
